Monday Music...... Halestorm

There was a post about Halestorm before, but I wanna tell a little bit more.

I first heard of Here's to Us when I was watching Glee. Seriously I dunno Halestorm before. Here's to Us really strummed my heart, thanks to Rachael in Glee. When I search for the original version, I was totally stunned.The lead singer Lzzy really does sing! It's raw and real. It touches your heart.

Beside, there covers EP is really special. From the Beatles to Lady GaGa, they turn the original version into an upper level, in the sense of being raw and authentic.

Light the flare till the end.

It is not about the spark. It's about how we keep lighting the flare.
It is not about loving another body and losing yourself, but to be a complete person.

Halestorm, they do rock!!!!!

How do I know Halestorm? I know them from glee ( Glee cast did a cover of Here's to Us, Halestorm). I think 50% of fans know Halestorm through glee.

I think the must listen item must be Here's to Us. Rachel obviously sings marvelous in glee. But, Lzzy depicts the picture completely! I like her voice more, which gives you a raw feeling. And, SHE ROCKSSSSSSSS!!!!

Another must listen item is All I Want to Do is Make Love to You. It is a cover of Heart's song. They erase the old 80s smell, but a complicated feeling is all here! You could just feel it.


They are awesome!  

Is there any motor like this in HK now?

This picture was taken in Taiwan. An old motor on the road. Is there anything like this in HK now?

Probably not.......... because people tend to erase the past, they like to do that. They think like there is nothing to be proud of in the past. New and modern things come first! "Keep the pace", "Be the No.1", these kind of slogans are deeply rooted in our mind. That's why we clean all the old heritage which should not be forgotten.

When you get older, apart from getting stronger, what will you do? I really appreciate the elderly who are still devoted to what they like. Get something that you like, life would not be that boring. 

Besides, when guys are paying attention to one particular thing, it is the most attractive moment no matter the age he is XD

I remember once B said " Brown's reputation low" and most of them are in poverty.  But there is still a beauty inside. Bitterly beautiful.

1/7, to all the Hong Kong people, it is an extremely special day. Honestly, I do not really care whether C.Y. Leung is an underground member of the Communist Party. All I care is whether he can change the current situation and bring the prosperity back to Hong Kong.
